This short questionnaire gathers your country’s disaster-resilience priorities and needs in accessing and using satellite data. It informs the priorities of the Space4Resilience Initiative — a cooperation between UNOOSA, the Commonwealth Secretariat, and SpaceData Inc. — to be launched at COPUOS in June 2026, including the selection of first-year pilot countries and the design of support options.

This questionnaire should be completed by the entity authorised to provide this data on behalf of the State.
